The name Yiasmin is after the beautiful fresh white Jasmine flower and it certainly reflects this villas vibe as a tranquil villa with splashes of colour and a fresh vibe. Lets first look at the location of this villa as we feel this is a huge advantage to this villa. To the start of Protaras where you will find a bunch of bars and restaurants, it is 750m on a flat road which is about a 10-minute walk, ideal for an evening stroll if you didn’t want to drive. For beaches, you have a beautiful little bay called Decosta just 400m / 5-minute walk from the villa or some of the most stunning beaches like Fig Tree bay 1.1km away / 15-minute walk. There is a coastal route you can also take (not paved). There is also a convenience store (the one with the donkey on the roof – not a real one but you cant miss it) just a few minutes away for essentials.
Now back to the villa as that’s the next big hit for us. The interior is spacious and open plan with 3 cosey bedrooms. The villa has a fun and yet chilled vibe to it and the pool is set among a mature garden area which just sets off that summer feel. The villa offers tons of features we would look for, wifi, dishwasher, pool area, lots of sunshine, an outside shower, awning seating area and a quirky pergola dining area for a BBQ one night. Another plus is the fly screens for keeping unwanted visitors out.
If you are a cat lover, this villa often has a few furry friends come to visit. All in all, this is a great villa for families and couples, the pool area is spacious and the location is amazing. If you need two villas in the same location you can pair this villa with neighbouring villa Rosa Villa.
