Weddings in Cyprus in August
Its August, the weather will be hot and could be humid. Try to arrange a wedding when the weather is cooler, but make sure you have makeup that is suitable for hot weather and expect your hair not to always cooperate. Bare in mind you might want to bring something to dab your skin or face with for photos, some guests have used mist sprays for arms and legs and fans.
Packing for the weather in Cyprus in August
Pack your summer wear and forget the rain jackets! Shorts, swimsuits, dresses and flip flops. We would recommend you bringing a hat and loose short sleeve T.shirt (if you get burnt you will be able to put this on in the day to protect you- also a good idea for children). Don’t forget a hat. In the evenings most people will be wearing summer shorts / dresses and tops but if you do have a little to much sun it might be an idea to pack a light cardigan or linen / light trousers just in case you get chilly.
